God, you’re doing something big in Oakland through your church. I’m excited to be a part of it. It’s a privilege. Use me Lord, in whichever way you deem is the best to bring You glory to this city.
Lord, Help adjust my attitude when I am dragging my feet and lose sight of Christ’s beauty. When I rely on my flesh to give me strength instead of your Spirit. When I want comfort and have hunger pangs for home. Lord my Soul longs for Heaven, but until that day, let me be faithful to wherever you have me. Renew this city. Renew these people. Lord, let Your Spirit come. Descend and manifest your glory here.
